Includes a complete review, and if necessary, upgrade of your Electronic Security Systems, as well as a full maintenance package.
Emergency Response Units
As part of the package, you will receive your own dedicated emergency response unit, a direct alternative to the traditional static security services offered to our clients. We have introduced our Emergency Response Service to directly counter lack of policing, red tape and poor response times.
Our response units are based loosely on the tried and tested military ‘Quick Reaction Force’ (QRF), a highly effective and globally used strategy. In this, our teams consist of double and tripled crewed, highly trained operators from a mixed background that incorporates a wide variety of experience covering Close Protection, Advanced First Aid, Crime Scene Management and Advanced Driving, with recruitment centred around former Police Officers, ex-Military and seasoned Security Professionals.
The gap between Public Sector capabilities and the needs for our clients is increasing at an alarming rate. This is why as a company we are accredited to the highest levels possible within our industry and having successfully achieved and held the S.I.A.’s (Security Industry Authority), ACS (Approved Contractor Status) and ISO9001 for the past 4 years. These sit along other accreditations such as Safecontractor and ICO Tier 1 showcasing our professional, ethical and transparent working methods, all supported by in-depth regular in-house and external staff training, keeping them current and up to date in terms of skills and competencies.
Electronic Safety & Security System
Included in the Executive Protection Package (EPP) you will receive:
- Full annual System Maintenance Package divided into 4 quarterly visits to each property in your agreement.
- DualCom Alarm Monitoring – up to Grade 4 compliant with EN50131.
- Dedicated Contract System Monitoring Officer(s) located in our 24/7 Operations Room.
- Remote service 7 Alarm resets.
- Unlimited Engineer Callouts; to include all labour charges for all callout visits and the replacement of any equipment under warranty.
- Access to your own dedicated contract Engineer(s); to support each other where applicable.
A Connected Network
All of the electronic safety & technical solutions we set up will be connected via a network ran by our dedicated 24/7 Operations Room. This network allows us to integrate all of the services, and in doing so our trained Operations Team can liaise with the teams on the ground and the emergency services, access any systems put in place and provide a pivotal Command and Control Point.
Once an alarm has been generated, the network will process the alarm and alert the Emergency Response Unit. Our Operations Team will then also monitor your CCTV Systems, gather visual evidence if appropriate, liaise with external sources such as the Police and then update our Emergency Response Unit of the situation they are approaching.
