As your dedicated Key Holder we will secure your keys in our 24hr Operations Room in accordance with regulatory standards. Our Key Holding and Alarm Response service is accredited and annually audited in accordance with BS7984:2005 industry standards. Upon alarm activation, a Response Officer will be dispatched to your property, where upon arrival, they will conduct a thorough external and internal check, followed by a full investigation into the cause of the activation before re-setting and securing the property.

In the event of a serious incident, such as burglary, fire or flood, our Key Holding and Alarm Response Officers will remain on-site and manage the situation as required, liaising with the emergency services, boarding, glazing and locksmiths.

This service can also encompass an officer to unlock or lock-up your premises, ensuring your property is secured and mitigating the risk to your staff locking up alone, or holding keys and codes. It has the added advantage of providing ad-hoc access to contractors outside normal working hours, meeting deliveries or safeguarding Lone Workers.
